My item has sold out what can I do?

We do our best to keep up with demand, but sometimes the item you want might just be too darn popular! Since we focus on what's hot right now, our styles are only available while stocks last.

How do I know if you've received my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don't, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we'll sort it out ASAP.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we can't make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. All is not lost though! As long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us within 12 hours to cancel your original order. Then you can go back and place a new order. However, if your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular returns process.

I've received an incorrect order, what can I do?

We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
